Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team at IKEA. In this part-time role, located in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a timely and professional manner through chat support - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues - Provide product information and assistance with ordering and returns - Document customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong cooperation and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer and software applications - Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service best practices
