Job Description:

Mindler, a leading career guidance platform, is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions promptly and accurately through chat support. 2. Assist customers with navigating our platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter. 3. Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. 4. Gather feedback from customers to improve our services and user experience. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong project management skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations. 3.
