Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Scania in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through chat support - Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are resolved effectively - Document and track customer interactions and issues for future reference - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer problems - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills to handle customer concerns and complaints effectively - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency in using chat platforms and customer service software - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
