Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Kry Livi, a leading telehealth company based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. - Use your hardworking attitude to efficiently manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously. - Demonstrate adaptability by quickly learning and mastering new processes and technologies. - Utilize your people management skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support or chat support role. - Strong communication skills and the ability to manage conversations effectively. - Must be hardworking, with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. - Adaptability to handle changing work environments and responsibilities. - Visa sponsorship, Company transportation, and Free food are offered as benefits for this position.
