G5 Entertainment is looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team and work from home in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the entry level of their career with at least 1 year of relevant experience. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Provide professional and efficient chat support to customers in a timely manner - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements: - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong attention to detail and planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Tech-savvy with knowledge of online platforms and chat support software - High school diploma or equivalent required
