Job Description:

Truecaller is looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support. 2. Assist customers with technical issues, account inquiries, and general questions. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and goals.
