Client Relations Assistant

Trustly, a leading online payment solution company headquartered in Stockholm, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and expansion - Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and preferences to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving - Strong research skills to gather relevant information and insights - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
