Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Einride is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations and a strong understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Assist in the development of client outreach strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction - Provide administrative support to the client relations team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - A proactive and innovative mindset with strong decision-making skills
