Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Camfil in Uppsala, SE. The ideal candidate for this position will be independent, driven, possess strong people management and leadership skills, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client engagement strategies - Provide support to the Client Relations Manager in various administrative tasks - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for ongoing client satisfaction - Attend client meetings and events as needed - Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field - At least 3 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proven track record of successful client management and retention - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
