Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Cint, a leading market research technology company based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates who are looking to gain experience in client relations and customer service.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing them with necessary information and training materials - Maintain client databases and update contact information as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and handoff of new client accounts - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends and competitor analysis to support client relations efforts - Handle any client escalations in a professional and timely manner

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and resilient personality traits are a must - Strong presentation skills and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
