Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Re:newcell, a leading sustainable fashion company based in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client relations team in providing top-notch customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining customer records - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to address any questions or concerns - Help to onboard new clients and provide them with necessary information about our products and services - Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings and presentations - Conduct research on industry trends and customer preferences to help improve our client relations strategies - Work on special projects and initiatives as assigned by the client relations team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and organizational skills with a creative mindset - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
