Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Lifesum is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and convenience. We are looking for an entry-level candidate with a driven and confident personality, who possesses strong presentation and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing them with necessary information and support - Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and provide effective solutions - Update client records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions - Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently from home - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
