Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Associate at Daniel Wellington, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Proactively reach out to clients to provide personalized recommendations and assistance - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Educate clients on Daniel Wellington products and promotions - Assist in organizing client events and activities to strengthen relationships - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive customer loyalty

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Creative problem-solving skills - Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
