Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Cint is currently seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Uppsala, SE. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, energetic, and eager to kick off their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service - Act as a liaison between clients and the internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a professional manner - Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze data and provide insights to clients - Participate in negotiation processes to secure favorable terms for both the company and the client

Requirements: - Must be driven and energetic with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively - Strong negotiation skills - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
