Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Quinyx is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Remote Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently - Creativity in problem-solving and coming up with innovative solutions - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
