Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relations Associate to join our team at Snow Software in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, Sweden. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This role is part-time and at an associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Communicating with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns - Providing exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction - Collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations - Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services - Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Analyzing client feedback and data to improve client relations strategies - Meeting and exceeding client retention and satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams - Excellent time management skills to prioritize and multitask effectively - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
