Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent service - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery - Resolve any client issues or concerns in a proactive and efficient manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Contribute to the continuous improvement of client relations processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
