Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Essity, a leading global hygiene and health company, is seeking a talented and motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE, with an opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries - Identify and address client needs to promote satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of client engagement strategies - Provide support in developing and maintaining client databases - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Persuasion skills to influence positive client outcomes - Adaptability to changing client needs and industry trends
