Essity is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts - Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, discuss upcoming projects, and identify opportunities for upselling - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to continuously improve the client experience - Keep updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients - Prepare and present reports on client performance and account status to senior management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Resilient and confident personality with the ability to handle challenging situations - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proven research abilities to understand client needs and industry trends - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
