Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team at ASSA ABLOY in Malmö, SE. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Remote Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client relations and exhibit adaptability and resilience in their work.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients remotely - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Track and report on client feedback and satisfaction metrics - Resolve any client issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Travel occasionally to meet with clients in person (when necessary)

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Team player with a cooperative attitude - Ability to adapt to a remote work environment and maintain high levels of productivity - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) - Resilient attitude towards challenges and setbacks - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
