Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Mojang Studios is looking for a part-time Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships remotely.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Develop and execute strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor and analyze client feedback and engagement to identify areas for improvement - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase company products and services - Keep track of key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience working remotely is a plus
