Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Relations Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs and concerns. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with information, support, and assistance as needed. - Manage client accounts, ensuring that all client interactions are recorded and tracked efficiently. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables, ensuring that all client expectations are met. - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the client experience. - Maintain a thorough understanding of the automotive industry and trends to better serve clients and anticipate their needs. - Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new business leads.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
