Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Teenage Engineering, a leading audio and music technology company based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations, sales, or a related field. As a Remote Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and collaboration. 2. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to expand our client base. 3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase client loyalty and satisfaction. 7. Prepare reports and updates on client activity and performance for senior management. 8. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in client relations, sales, or a related field. 3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Confident and resourceful personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Ability to manage and lead a team of client relations professionals. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Experience working in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus.
