Job Description - Client Relations Manager

As a Client Relations Manager at Ericsson in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans to improve client relationships and increase revenue - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and drive upselling efforts - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues that may arise - Prepare and present reports and progress updates to senior management - Travel to client sites as needed to maintain relationships and gather feedback


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client relationship management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients - Dedication to providing exceptional service and meeting client expectations - Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving - Persuasion skills to influence clients and drive business results - Teamwork mentality to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
