Client Relations Officer

J.Lindeberg, a leading fashion brand based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a proactive and motivated Client Relations Officer to join their team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist in planning and executing client events, promotions, and other outreach activities - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention rates - Keep accurate records of client interactions and activity in the CRM system - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for client engagement - Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and other industry gatherings

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or marketing is a plus
