Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Paradox Interactive, a leading video game publisher, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables. 4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client communication strategies. 6. Track key performance indicators and report on client engagement metrics.

Requirements: 1. Independent and confident personality traits. 2. Strong project management and planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
