Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Husqvarna Group is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven, with a creative and adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and online chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions - Monitor and respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a cohesive approach to client relations - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and driven personality traits - Strong communication skills - Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
