Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Client Relations Representative to join our team at Daniel Wellington. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand. This is a part-time, entry-level position based in Uppsala, SE, with the opportunity for remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities: - Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product information, order processing, and after-sales service to ensure a seamless shopping experience - Proactively reach out to clients to provide personalized recommendations and promotions based on their preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client-related issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Consistently meet and exceed client satisfaction goals and metrics set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements: - Adaptable and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients to provide exceptional service - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Fluent in English, additional languages such as Swedish or German is a bonus
