Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Mindler is currently seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time, entry-level position perfect for individuals with zero years of experience who are reliable, motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 5. Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Handle client complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 7. Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 8. Continuously improve client relations skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4.
