Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Nyckel is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position should have at least 3 years of experience in client relations and possess a passion for working with clients. The successful candidate must be highly adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication 2. Understand client needs and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction 3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional client service 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better assist clients 7. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and technologies 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 7. Previous experience with CRM software is a plus
