Job Description:
As a Client Relations Representative at Scania, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients through excellent customer service and communication. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Handle client complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Provide support to the sales team with client communications and follow-ups - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and resilient personality traits necessary to effectively handle client interactions - Strong attention to detail and cooperation skills to work effectively within a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus
