Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Atlas Copco in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and interactions - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking and market research - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving any issues that may arise - Keep accurate records of client interactions and update customer databases as needed - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any areas of improvement - Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and driven with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High level of attention to detail and organization - Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
