Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Zound Industries is seeking a highly motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess the personality traits of independence and drive.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client relations or sales role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence others - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
