Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Mojang Studios is seeking a passionate and confident Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a positive experience working with our company.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues they may have - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with updates on projects and answering any questions they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are being met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to existing clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback, using this information to improve our services and offerings - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any potential issues before they escalate

Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients - Strong persuasion and emotional intelligence skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple clients at once - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
