Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist at SKF in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Interacting with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs and preferences - Managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction - Providing support and assistance to clients with any inquiries or concerns they may have - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients - Developing and implementing strategies to improve client relations and increase client retention - Monitoring client feedback and taking necessary actions to address any issues or concerns - Analyzing client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements: - A high school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and the ability to work independently - Project management and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus
