Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Electrolux Professional is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requests are handled efficiently and effectively - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth - Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English and Swedish is preferred
