Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Client Relations Specialist to join Koenigsegg Automotive AB, a renowned automotive company based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a remote team member, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries through various communication channels (email, phone, video calls) with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Conduct research on client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations. 3. Develop and maintain client databases to track interactions, preferences, and feedback. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 5. Create and implement client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to continuously improve client relations strategies. 6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to engage with clients and attract new business opportunities. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations or customer service for at least 1 year. 3. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Independent and passionate attitude towards building and maintaining client relationships. 7. Strong research and planning skills to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
