Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Exeger. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and video calls - Address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Develop and implement client relations strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Track client interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system - Participate in client meetings and presentations

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Confident and driven personality traits - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients - Innovative thinking and strong planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
