Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

The Remote Client Relations Specialist at Mentimeter will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure they are able to maximize the value of Mentimeter's services. 3. Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product development and improvement. 5. Monitor client usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. 6. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support throughout their journey with Mentimeter. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or customer service. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, remote work environment. 8. Innovative thinking and emotional intelligence to handle client interactions effectively.
