Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

G5 Entertainment is seeking a motivated and driven Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Understand clients' needs and requirements, responding promptly and effectively to inquiries - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of all interactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure client satisfaction - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client satisfaction goals - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Fluent in English and Swedish
