Job Description - Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a talented Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, and possess strong persuasion and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Hilton products and services - Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall client satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for building strong relationships with clients - Critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
