Client Service Assistant

Job Description: ICA Gruppen is seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Assistant to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in client service and develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assisting with client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information - Managing client accounts and updating information as needed - Working closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with colleagues worldwide to provide a seamless client experience - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve client service processes - Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Must be legally authorized to work in Sweden
