Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Nobina is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Assistant to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to launch their career in client service.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and in person. 2. Ensure excellent customer service by providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. 3. Update client records and maintain organized files. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in client onboarding and retention efforts. 5. Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 6. Assist with creating client reports and presentations. 7. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements: 1. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients. 3. Attention to detail to maintain accurate client records and reports. 4. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
