As a Client Service Associate at Hövding, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. This part-time position, based in our company headquarters in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat - Process orders, returns, and exchanges, maintaining a high level of attention to detail - Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer needs and improve overall service - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system - Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance the client experience - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management
Requirements: - Reliable and motivated individual with exceptional communication skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-stress situations with ease - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
