Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Mojang Studios is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic and hardworking, with a creative mindset and exceptional time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints - Process orders and handle returns or exchanges - Maintain accurate client records in our database - Collaborate with team members to improve overall client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field - Energetic and hardworking attitude - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
