Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Tink is seeking a talented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and independent personality, along with strong soft skills in persuasion and critical thinking.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall client satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company products to provide accurate information to clients. 6. Prepare reports and documentation as needed for client meetings and internal reviews. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell services and products to clients, increasing revenue for the company.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 2. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals. 6. Experience working with financial services or technology companies is a plus.
