Client Service Associate

Job Description: Looklet is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, Sweden. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and supporting the Client Services team in delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues. 3. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them through our services. 4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on Looklet's products and services. 5. Analyze client feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform client interactions. 8. Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding client relationships.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client services or a related role. 3. Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients. 5. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. 6. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and learn new technologies. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 9.
