Client Service Associate - Work from home

Starbreeze Studios is seeking a talented and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, part-time position that offers the opportunity to work from home in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct research and gather information to assist clients with their needs. - Assist in negotiating client contracts and agreements. - Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client requests. - Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the overall client experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in client service or a related role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities. - Proficient in research and negotiation. - Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus.
