Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


The Volvo Group is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team based in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Remote Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing all inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients. 4. Track client satisfaction and feedback, implementing improvements as needed to enhance overall client experience. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client base. 6. Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients to provide updates on projects and address any issues. 7. Prepare reports on client activities and progress towards goals, presenting findings to upper management as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client services or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 6. Proficiency in negotiation and teamwork. 7. Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
