Client Service Manager

Job Description:

ICA Gruppen is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Client Service Manager to join our team in Uppsala. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client services, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance service offerings - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on key performance metrics and achievements - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery - Contribute to the development of new business opportunities through client referrals and networking - Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and capabilities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client services, account management, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - A proactive and results-driven mindset
